Common questions
What counts as a public RFQ reply?
Only your first offer on a buyer's public request counts. Follow-up offers and messages in that conversation are free, and buyers can always message you directly.
Do unused replies roll over?
No. Your public RFQ replies reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade; listings beyond your new limit are hidden and come back when you upgrade again.
How do project opportunities work?
When a buyer submits a project, our team invites the suppliers that best match it. Suppliers on every plan can receive project opportunities and send quotes.
