Payment & Refund Policy
Scope of the Policy
This policy governs the fees for subscriptions and paid services within MARBLEXA, and does not govern the direct sale-and-purchase transactions between users.
Platform Subscriptions
The platform may offer free and paid plans such as Free, Starter, Professional, Premium and Enterprise, and the features and fees vary according to the plan published within the platform.
Payment Methods
The platform may accept payments via payment cards, bank transfer, electronic payment gateways, or any other means approved by the administration.
Activation of the Subscription
A subscription is considered active upon confirmation of payment, the granting of access to the paid features, or the use of any paid service.
Refund Before Activation
The user may request cancellation of the transaction and a refund of the amount before the subscription is activated or before they are enabled to use the paid service.
No Refund After Activation
After the subscription is activated or the service is used, the fees are non-refundable except in the exceptional cases determined by the platform or imposed by law.
Exceptional Refund Cases
The platform may agree to a refund in cases of a duplicate charge, a technical error that prevented activation of the service, a clear error by the platform, or any case the administration deems appropriate.
Cases Where No Refund Is Due
No refund is due on the grounds of not achieving expected commercial results, a decline in the expected number of leads, a violation of the terms, suspension of the account due to fraud or misleading information, or use of the service followed by a request for cancellation.
Financial Transactions Between Users
MARBLEXA does not receive, hold, transfer or guarantee the funds of commercial transactions between buyers and suppliers at the current stage, and any payment between the parties is at their direct responsibility.
Return of Goods
The policy for the return, exchange or refund of the price of goods is subject to direct agreement between the buyer and the supplier. MARBLEXA bears no responsibility for natural variations in marble, stone or granite, or for shipping, clearance or installation problems.
Future Fees and Commissions
The platform reserves the right to add future fees, commissions or financial services after announcing them within the platform and updating the related policies.
