This policy aims to strengthen trust within MARBLEXA and to regulate the procedures for commercial verification and the combating of fake accounts, forged documents and fraudulent activities.
Verification Levels
The platform may adopt levels such as Basic Verification, Verified Supplier, Factory Verified and Premium Verified according to the available documents and reviews.
Basic Verification
This may include the verification of the email address, the phone number and the basic data of the account.
Verified Supplier
This may include a review of the commercial register, the company data, the legal representative's identity, and the official contact information.
Factory Verified
This may include a review of the factory or quarry licence, production images and information, production capacity, or other operational documents.
Premium Verified
This may include an extended review of additional documents, commercial data, certificates or a commercial presence in accordance with the platform's standards.
Limits of Verification
Any verification badge does not constitute a financial, legal, commercial or technical guarantee, and does not mean that the platform guarantees the quality of the products, the user's commitment, or its financial solvency.
Prohibited Fraudulent Activities
It is prohibited to create fake accounts, use forged commercial registers or invalid certificates, impersonate a company or factory, steal images or catalogues, publish fake reviews, or circumvent the platform's systems.
Review and Procedures
The platform may use manual or automated review or artificial-intelligence techniques to detect suspicious activity, and may request additional documents or restrict certain services during the review.
Penalties and Corrective Measures
The platform may suspend the account, delete products, remove the verification badge, ban the user, terminate the membership, or report to the competent authorities where necessary.
