Buyer Terms
Scope of the Agreement
These terms apply to every buyer, contractor, developer, architect, importer, company or individual that uses MARBLEXA to search for suppliers or products or to send requests for quotation.
The Buyer's Responsibility to Verify
The buyer bears the responsibility of verifying the supplier's identity and its legal, financial and commercial standing before concluding any agreement.
Inspecting Samples and Specifications
The buyer bears the responsibility of requesting and inspecting samples and of reviewing the specifications, dimensions, colours, veining, finishes and quantities before purchasing.
The Nature of Stone and Marble
The buyer acknowledges that natural stone, marble and granite products may vary in colour, veining and pattern from one batch to another, and that this is not necessarily a defect unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
Requests for Quotation
When sending an RFQ, the buyer undertakes to provide clear and accurate information about the quantity, specifications, destination, technical requirements and the timeframe required.
No Warranty by the Platform
MARBLEXA does not guarantee the accuracy of prices, the quality of products, the availability of quantities, the supplier's commitment, or delivery, shipping, clearance or warranty dates.
Transactions and Payments
Any payment, contract, purchase order, shipment, insurance or warranty is concluded directly between the buyer and the supplier and at their sole responsibility.
Disputes
Any dispute relating to the product, price, payment, quality, delivery or return is resolved directly between the buyer and the supplier, and MARBLEXA is not a party to or an arbiter of it.
Permitted Use
The buyer is prohibited from misusing the platform, sending fictitious requests, using suppliers' data outside the legitimate commercial purpose, or attempting to circumvent the platform's systems.
