These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Gulf.build, including the website, platform, services, tools, product listings, supplier profiles, communication features, and any related services provided by Gulf.build.
By accessing or using Gulf.build, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Gulf.build provides an online B2B platform that connects suppliers, manufacturers, factories, contractors, buyers, and other business users in the construction, building materials, stone, marble, granite, ceramic, porcelain, machinery, tools, and related industries.
Gulf.build may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the platform or services at any time.

3. User Accounts

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, display, or submit on Gulf.build, including product names, descriptions, prices, images, technical details, company information, certificates, and contact information.
Gulf.build reserves the right to review, edit, reject, remove, hide, or restrict any content that it considers inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, duplicated, or harmful to the platform or its users.
Gulf.build does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, legality, origin, specifications, or authenticity of any product or service listed by users.
6. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
a. copy, reproduce, scrape, download, republish, sell, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit Gulf.build content without written permission;
b. use automated tools, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scraping systems to collect data from Gulf.build;
c. use Gulf.build to operate or support a competing platform without authorization;
d. upload false, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringing content;
e. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, database, server, or network related to Gulf.build;
f. engage in spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful commercial activities;
g. interfere with the security, performance, integrity, or operation of Gulf.build.
7. Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers
Gulf.build provides a platform for exchanging information between buyers, sellers, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
Gulf.build is not a direct party to transactions between users unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Users are solely responsible for negotiating, confirming, managing, and completing their transactions, including pricing, payment, shipping, delivery, inspection, customs, warranties, returns, taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
Gulf.build is not responsible for disputes, delays, product defects, payment issues, misrepresentations, contract breaches, or losses arising from transactions between users.
8. Verification and Information Accuracy
Gulf.build may provide verification tools, badges, supplier checks, or profile review features. However, any verification does not constitute a guarantee of the user’s identity, financial status, product quality, legal compliance, or transaction reliability.
Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in Gulf.build, including its platform design, logo, trademark, brand identity, software, databases, text, graphics, interface, and original content, belong to Gulf.build or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reproduce, or use Gulf.build’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
By submitting content to Gulf.build, the user grants Gulf.build a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.
The user confirms that they have all rights and permissions required to grant this license.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gulf.build is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Gulf.build makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, quality, availability, legality, safety, performance, or completeness of any information, product, service, supplier, buyer, or content available through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulf.build shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, transaction loss, or reputational harm.
11. Indemnification
Each user agrees to indemnify and hold Gulf.build, its owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from:
a. the user’s content;
b. the user’s products or services;
c. the user’s breach of these Terms;
d. violation of laws or third-party rights;
e. disputes or transactions with other users.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Gulf.build may suspend, limit, remove, or terminate any user account, product listing, company profile, subscription, or access to services if the user violates these Terms or if Gulf.build believes such action is necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
13. Force Majeure
Gulf.build shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet failures, system outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, war, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, power failures, or third-party service interruptions.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws selected by Gulf.build.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the platform, or the services shall be handled according to the dispute resolution process determined by Gulf.build, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
