Supplier Agreement
Scope of the Agreement
This agreement applies to every factory, quarry, supplier, exporter, distributor, or company dealing in equipment, tools or chemical materials that uses MARBLEXA to display its products or services.
Conditions for Registering as a Supplier
The supplier undertakes to provide accurate data about the company and its activity, licences, representatives and products, and the platform may request additional verification documents at any time.
The Supplier's Responsibility for Content
The supplier bears full responsibility for the images, catalogues, specifications, prices, certificates, videos and technical data that it publishes within the platform.
Accuracy of Product Information
The supplier undertakes that product information shall be accurate and not misleading, including the type, origin, dimensions, thickness, finish, quantity, production capacity, and suitable applications.
Certificates and Documents
The supplier warrants the validity of any quality, origin, test or accreditation certificate, commercial register or licence that it uploads or provides to the platform or to buyers.
Prohibited Products
It is prohibited to display products that are counterfeit, unlawful, infringing of intellectual property, not matching the published data, or associated with fraudulent practices.
Communication and Offers
The supplier undertakes to respond professionally to requests for quotation and messages, and not to send misleading offers, fictitious prices or unclear terms.
Transactions with Buyers
Any sale, shipment, payment or warranty agreement is concluded directly between the supplier and the buyer and at their own responsibility, and MARBLEXA is not a party to it.
Verification and Badges
Any verification badge that the supplier obtains means that only certain documents have been reviewed, and does not constitute a guarantee by the platform of the supplier's quality, financial solvency, or contractual commitment.
The Platform's Right to Act
The platform may remove products, hide content, suspend an account, remove a verification badge, or terminate the supplier's membership upon suspicion of a violation, fraud or misrepresentation.
Indemnity
The supplier undertakes to indemnify the platform for any claims, losses, damages or legal fees arising from its content or products, its violation of this agreement, or its infringement of the rights of others.
