Introduction
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the user and the MARBLEXA platform and its operating company, BUILD BRIDGE. Using or registering on the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Nature of the Platform
MARBLEXA operates as a B2B technical and commercial platform for displaying products and companies and for facilitating requests for quotation and communication between parties in the stone, marble, quarry, equipment and related-materials sector.
The Platform Is Not a Party to the Transaction
MARBLEXA is not a seller, buyer, agent or guarantor of any transaction, contract, payment, shipment, clearance or warranty that takes place between users.
Eligibility to Use
The user acknowledges that they have reached the legal age to contract and have the legal capacity to use the platform and to represent the company in whose name they register, where applicable.
Accounts
The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date data and to keep their login credentials confidential, and is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
Prohibited Conduct
It is prohibited to provide misleading information, forge documents, impersonate others, publish infringing content, attempt to breach the platform, misuse the messaging system or requests for quotation, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Requests for Quotation and Communication
The platform provides RFQ and messaging tools to facilitate communication, and does not guarantee the receipt of or response to messages, the accuracy of offers, or the completion of transactions.
Subscriptions and Fees
The platform may offer free and paid plans and may modify prices, features or services as it sees fit and after publishing the updates within the platform.
Intellectual Property of the Platform
The rights to the MARBLEXA trademark, designs, software, databases, algorithms and user interfaces belong to the owning company, BUILD BRIDGE, and may not be copied or exploited without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform bears no liability for any direct or indirect losses, loss of profit, reputation or data, business interruption, or commercial disputes between users.
Force Majeure
The platform bears no liability for delay or interruption resulting from disasters, wars, unrest, sanctions, technical failures or cyber-attacks beyond its reasonable control.
Account Termination
The platform may suspend, restrict or delete any account in the event of a violation, suspicious activity, or legal, security or financial risks.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the company that owns the platform is registered, and the judicial or arbitral bodies specified in the final version have jurisdiction to hear disputes.
